Thank you for your interest in Pharmatech. In order to become a valuable member of the Pharmatech Research Network, please take a moment to complete our registration process by signing the Confidentiality Agreement and completing the Site Profile Questionnaire.
By completing the registration process, you will allow us to relieve some of the administrative burden associated with conducting research. The information that we collect will be kept on file so that we can build your study registration documents for you each time you start up a project with us without having to ask for the same information each time. We provide our services so you can concentrate on providing the best care to your patients.
